Execute all C&B activities: Payroll, PIT, Compulsory insurance, labor contracts, benefits, timesheets, annual leave, termination... of the designated entity:
- Synthesize and verify attendance report including: working days, annual leave, paid or unpaid leave ...
- Compute monthly Payroll and coordinate with Accounting to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees.
- Responsible for Social-Health-Unemployment Insurance activities for employees.
- Responsible for PIT activities for employees: tax code issuance; family circumstance deduction registration; monthly/ quarterly PIT declaration report. Conduct annual PIT Finalization.
- Manage employee master data both online and in hard copies.
- Manage and administer Labor contract practices.

HR System:
- Take part in building up HR System as CJ Group's direction
- Play a role of system owner to properly deploy all its functions.
- Implement and ensure timely and accuracy of employee database management in the system
- Process monthly Payroll in the system to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3 years working HR or the relevant fields.
- Possess good knowledgeable of employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements regarding people management.
- Have experience in C&B works is a plus
- Possess a pro-active, passion and integrity manner.
- Result-oriented and careful person.
- Experience in working with internal audit and inspection/inspection of local department (Social insurance, Tax, Labor... departments).
- Good at Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in customization of HRM software is a plus.
