Mô tả công việc

Conduct need assessment to identify skill gaps
Design, Construct, Implement and Evaluate training strategies and programs across multiple projects (aligned with organizational goals and client needs)
Develop a monitoring-evaluation framework to assess training impact on skill acquisition and application
Report on training effectiveness, recommend improvements to senior management.
Lead and mentor the instructional design team, manage workloads, and ensure project deliverables.
Act as the liaison between the instructional design team and customers.
Collaborate with leadership to align initiatives with business needs, and engage with external providers as required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in economics, social sciences, management or education, public administration or a related field, preferably focused on capacity building;
Minimum four to six years of technically relevant work experience required;
Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning programs;
Expertise in pedagogy and instructional design, and in-depth knowledge of adult learning;
In-depth knowledge of instructional design engineering tools for direct and distance training (LMS, Storyline authoring tools is a plus);
Excellent Microsoft suite knowledge;
Experience in working with diverse teams and stakeholders;
Tact, discretion, and sensitivity to cultural differences;
Sense of organization, methodological rigor, reliability;
Ability to lead multiple projects in parallel;
Ability to listen, advise and support decision-making;
Excellent proficient in English and/or French.
