Mô tả công việc

Your primary responsibilities include:

Center Support
Welcome students and parents when they arrive. Instruct them to the right destination;
Answer incoming calls on the center landline;
Oversee daily functions of the school Library;
Support Center Manager and Academic Manager on scheduling staff, teachers and teaching assistants, as needed;
Compile monthly reports for the Center Manager, as requested.
Administrative
Go through the learning center daily admin checklist. Ensure operation and maintenance of classroom and center equipment;
Maintain office supplies inventory Control and maintain the appearance of the classrooms, reception and meeting areas;
Collect tuition fees, check attendance and update attendance list, as needed to support Program Consultants and Learning Advisors;
Create initiatives that help improve the admin process and a better working environment.
Academic Support
Support Academic teams, ensure classes are fully equipped and ready to use before studying time;
Support Academic team to organize end of term activities;
Prepare the Grade Books for classes at the beginning of each term;
Conduct the student surveys for classes at the end of each term;
Send the student Report Cards and re-enrollment letters to parents.

Yêu cầu

These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you meet them all:

Bachelor's Degree;
Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English;
Proficiency in MS office and managing databases, spreadsheets;
Customer-service mindset.
