Chief Accountant & Administration Manager

Accounting (Main focus - approx. 80%)
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations in compliance with VAS and internal policies.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Review AR and receivable collections.
Supervise and handle tax declarations and finalizations (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, Transfer Pricing).
Work directly with tax authorities, external auditors, and related partners.
Update and ensure compliance with new tax regulations and accounting standards.
Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting systems, and financial procedures.
Prepare management reports and group reporting (single-book system).
Control costs and provide financial analysis to support management decisions.
Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team.
Ensure effective use of SAP ERP system.
Administration & HR Supervision (Approx. 20%)
Supervise administrative operations and ensure existing procedures are properly implemented.
Oversee office administration, facilities, assets, and service providers.
Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Oversee HR operations including performance appraisal, salary review, bonus, and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
