Mô tả công việc
· Organize, manage, and supervise all activities of the Accounting Department.
· Control and oversee bookkeeping and accounting records to ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
· Review tax reports and prepare financial statements and periodic settlement reports.
· Manage and balance the company's budget.
· Work directly with government authorities, banks, and independent auditors.
· Prepare and explain VAT refund dossiers.
· Recruit and train accounting staff to improve work efficiency.
· Advise the Board of Directors on financial and accounting matters, potential risks, and preventive solutions.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by Top Manager.
* SALARY
· 20M to 40M based on qualifications and experience.

Yêu cầu
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
· Chief Accountant Certificate (APC or CPA preferred).
· At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or in an equivalent position at manufacturing (FDI) companies.
· Strong knowledge of tax, accounting, and financial regulations.
· Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
· Fluent in English, with good communication skills.
· Strong management, planning, data analysis, and reporting skills.
· Careful, honest, and highly responsible.
