Mô tả công việc
- Maintain and implement proper accounting, credit control and internal control systems in accordance with Head Office & Company's policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage daily accounting operation transactions.
- Supervise & train accounts staffs in fulfilling the requirements and standards set by Management.
- Produce timely and accurately management reports.
- Prepare all management reports submission to Singapore Head Office, including both internal and external requirements.
- Prepare budget/forecasts submission.
- Maintain Cashflow report.
- Prepared yearly financial statements, liaise with auditor and ensure statutory audits are completed within the deadlines.
- Prepare and perform ad-hoc reports/information requested by Singapore from time to time.
- In charge of monthly/quarterly/yearly tax report.
- Knowledgeable of Vietnam tax regulations and able to prepare relevant tax declarations accurately. Leads the tax finalization for the Company.

Yêu cầu
- University Graduate in Finance/Accounting.
- 2-3 years experience in the same position
- Demonstrated knowledge in VAS and tax regulations.
- Fluent in English spoken and written.
- Ability to use accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure.
- Advantage if able to demonstrate ability to challenge and enhance standard operating procedures.
- Being reliable, motivated, and honest.
- 2-3 years experience in the same position
