CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain internal control procedures.
Coordinate and cooperate with external auditors and tax authorities.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Manage and mentor accounting staff.
Communicate with foriegn business partners(utilizing English or Mandarin Chinese as needed).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably as a Chief Accountant.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (IFRS)
Proficient in financial reporting and analysis.
Excellent knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in either English or Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
Experience working in a multinational company.
Experience with international accounting software.
