Chief Accountant

Our company is looking for a Chief Accountant to Supervise and develop overall Finance and Accounting operations. You will be required to Directly reports to GM.
The Chief accountant will be responsible for Finance and Accounting reports such as Statutory, Tax, Cash flow, and relevant reports required by the company.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
● Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as required by the board of directors.
● Make sales contracts with both B2B and B2C customers, monitor the progress of the business contracts of the company and approve proposed payments.
● Coordinate with external auditors for financial audits.
● Calculate monthly payrolls, employee insurance, and expense accounting into accounting software.
● Approve payments and control expenses in line with company policies.
● Ensure timely and accurate tax filings (VAT, CIT, PIT, and other statutory taxes).
● Liaise with tax authorities for tax-related issues and audits.
● Stay updated on Vietnamese tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
● Monitor and work with services to carry out procedures for importing goods. Collect purchase documents to calculate COGs.
● Work with banks and suppliers on overseas payments and other operations related to the Company's accounts.
● Work with tax authorities, social insurance, auditing services, departments and branches related to the Company's business activities.
● Manage all warehouse inventories, in-stock and out-stock invoices, and anything relatedon financial activities
● Prepare company's financial accounting clearly such as expenses, income, liabilities,depreciation, and so on.
● Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and prepare internal reports related to company invoices as required by the board.
● Prepare documents and papers in accordance with legal regulations.
● Prepare business performance reports, financial reports, and management reports as required by the enterprise's management board.
