Demonstrated experience leading, architecting, and integrating enterprise applications and services combining modern SaaS applications and in-house solutions;
Ability to achieve operational excellence by instilling a data-driven mentality across the organization;
Developing operational metrics and KPIs that are meaningful to the business and ensure successful business outcomes;
Solid background providing technical acumen and leadership in a highly scalable environment;
Proven experience with cloud ERP, CRM, PLM, WMS, and modern SaaS enterprise applications with a background is a plus;
Prioritizing and resourcing of ongoing projects in collaboration with engineering leadership and with business partners to develop and meet key objectives and deliverables;
Strong background in enterprise data including but not limited to compliance, regulatory and management;
Grow, mentor, and lead teams in an agile environment;
Drive strategies for integration of enterprise applications within the entire product engineering organization;
Empower team to have the maximum impact on 4P's roadmap and goals;
Engage with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to drive and develop Zume's northstar architectural vision;
Document and establish scalable, reference architectural frameworks across the entire software stack embracing strong technical precepts including cloud-native architecture, micro-services, DDD/TDD, devOps, and CI/CD;
Help build a strong technical roadmap that includes using cloud infrastructure, PaaS fabric, modern development practices (including serverless development), languages, tools, and framework selection;
Lead technical and strategic decisions and plans for company's engineering organization in regards to new and evolving technologies;
Work with the broader architectural and senior advisors to develop core architecture principles and guidelines to facilitate onboarding of team members and codifying consistent coding and architectural practices across the entire software stack;
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure 4P's software platform and services can support our market and product aspirations and to educate the business on technical trade-offs that impact development, operations, and TCO without changing the current systems as much as possible;
Ensure that solid development and architectural practices and guidelines are understood and embraced through technical reviews, documentation, educational opportunities, mentoring, and hands-on development;
Perform analysis on ad hoc requests and projects.

Yêu cầu công việc
Any Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
12+ years of experience developing architectural solutions at scale in high-velocity environments;
Clear track record of building and releasing software of growing scale and complexity throughout your career, culminating in direct architectural leadership of products and services;
Be able to demonstrate strong people and technical leadership skills and drives consensus from software engineers with respect to how to design and build scalable systems and services;
Demonstrated hands-on development with a variety of technologies, languages, frameworks, and tools with significant experience using cloud infrastructure and PaaS/SaaS capabilities;
Have proven capabilities developing micro services, APIs, advanced schemas and data structures, instrumentation and logging infrastructure, IoT capabilities, distributed systems, and advanced debugging and troubleshooting skills;
Experience designing systems and architectures in a highly complex environment that can quickly evolve according to product market fit and business need;
Ability to build and evolve architectural strategy using modern design principles, technical leadership, ongoing research, and committed passion for technology;
Be a strong problem-solver with excellent communication and analytical skills, and have the ability to learn quickly and start fast;
Agile (scrum and kanban) and strong know-how on software engineering;
Action oriented and highly focused on experimentations;
Totally Data Driven.
