We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Executive to join our team with the job responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding of Personnel: Job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with departments to determine recruitment needs and build appropriate job descriptions.
- Maintain and expand potential candidate sources, build databases and relationships with recruitment partners.
- Support related administrative and human resources tasks such as social insurance and health insurance, and internal announcements.
- Coordinate internal communication events.
- Other tasks assigned by the director.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree
At least 1-2 years of experience in the HR field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written in English and Vietnamese).
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
Good level of source, hunting, communication and negotiation with potential candidates.
Candidates with experience in education (ie English training center, study abroad consultation) and IT are preferred
High level of accuracy and confidentiality, strong organizational and planning skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Being careful, detail-oriented, and keen on working with figures.
