Mô tả công việc
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and requirements to inform product development for our ERP SaaS offering.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather and prioritize product requirements.
Develop detailed product requirement documents and ensure clear communication of those requirements to the development teams.
Analyze market trends and competitor products to recommend features or improvements that will enhance our product's competitiveness and value proposition.
Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure features are implemented according to specifications and are thoroughly tested.
Facilitate the planning and execution of product roadmaps, incorporating feedback from customers, sales, and market analysis.
Act as a liaison between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.
Monitor product performance post-launch and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in software or ERP product development.
Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS products, and cloud technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in agile development environments.
Proven track record of managing product life cycles and working with cross-functional teams.
Experience in writing SQL queries and analyzing product data is preferred.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and customer experience optimization for software products.
3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in software or ERP product development.
