Mô tả công việc

Essentials of the job
Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the company;
Prepare writs, defenses, submissions and other pleadings in civil cases both "for and against" the company;
Research and prepare legal opinions on various civil matter;
Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested;
Plan work reports to Management and the Board of Directors;
Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of company policies;
Review and/or recommend modifications to related laws and regulations governing the company;
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust;
Perform duties as authorized representative before the court and arbitration;
Give accurate and timely counsel to executives and Units in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.);
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations;
Other works and duties as assigned from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc

Job qualification(s) and experience:
Bachelor's degree of Law;
At least two (2) years of experience in legal field as in-house legal officer or solicitor in Law firm;
English skills from 5.5 Ielts and above;
Having experience in finance, tax, fintech can be an advantage;
High understanding in Civil Code, Labor Code, Law on Commercial, Enterprise (joint stock company), Investment, Banking and Finance etc.
Job qualification(s) and experience:
Technical understanding of the Company's business and operations and attention to details;
Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels (verbal and written);
Problem solving and analytical skills;
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility and with confidential matters;
Ability to work well within the team;
A high level of professionalism which is required on the job at all times;
Computer Literacy.
