Department: Construction & Facilities Management (FM Team)
Location: Hanoi
Position Summary
As a Project Document & Payment Controller, you will be the backbone of our FM operations. You will ensure seamless project execution by managing critical documentation, overseeing payment workflows, and maintaining tight fund control. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and excels at coordinating between internal stakeholders and external contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Control: Manage the full lifecycle of project files (RFQs, technical submissions, contracts) with strict version control and audit readiness.
- Financial Oversight: Process payment applications (Invoices, BOQs) and maintain real-time fund tracking to monitor budget variances and expenditures.
- Bidding Support: Coordinate documentation packages for tendering and contractor selection processes.
- Operational Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the FM team, Finance department, and contractors to ensure smooth workflows.
- Admin & Translation: Manage team logistics (travel, claims) and provide professional English - Vietnamese translation/interpretation.
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Min 1 years in administrative or document control roles, ideally within Construction, Real Estate, or Facilities Management.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word are essential).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high integrity, and the ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- English: Full professional proficiency (must be fluent in both written and verbal communication)
- Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
