Community Intern

Job Summary:
As a TikTok agency, our responsibility is to support Global Ecommerce sellers to utilize TikTok as a most effective tool of advertisement. We are looking for a Community Intern to join us to support our Community engagement with users globally. You'll have the opportunity to get direct interaction with the TikTok Ads Community around the world and help to promote the connection between users to build a Community on Discord. If you are good at problem solving with critical and analytical thinking as well as looking for a chance to work in the fast-growing Ecommerce industry, this job will definitely be right for you.
Responsibilities:
Assist Community Manager in executing community projects.
Collaborate with Community Manager to research, propose and execute user engagement activities to increase free user retention and improve the community metrics.
Engage with users on social media platforms.
Work closely with Community Manager in order to build standard working process for Community team.
Eager to learn about community building and project management.
Other tasks assigned by Community Manager.
Requirements:

Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
Critical thinking and logical thinking mindset.
Open-minded, ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented.
