Mô tả công việc
Position Objective
The principal objective of this role is to ensure that ISHCMC successfully administrates a comprehensive communications strategy which leads to an improved parent, student, staff experience while ensuring student retention. Working with the Director of Admissions & Market Growth and the Director of Community & Global Engagement, you will develop and implement a comprehensive annual Communications Plan that supports the whole school & department objectives.
The Content & Communications Manager will manage, coach, and mentor the other members of the ISHCMC Communications & Content Team.
Responsibilities
The Content & Communications Manager reports to the Director of Community & Global Engagement on daily basis, including but not limited to:
● Develop a comprehensive multi-channel customer communication & content programme which enhances the parent, student, and staff experience while improving retention
● Develop communication channels including the use of 'Social Media' to promote recruitment and retention
● Draft high-quality communications and provide overall editorial control for school-to-home communications, ensuring appropriate content, tone, brevity and consistency. Regularly audit the School's parent communications across all channels (academic and non-academic) to identify areas that require improvement - develop actions to address.
● Lead the content planning and creation activities to be used as a part of the marketing campaign and organic social media posts.
● Work with school Principals and Leadership Teams to publish weekly school updates to parents.
● Continuously collaborate with school stakeholders to deliver a consistent and professional standard of communication. Ensuring consistent communication to our community
● Create and publish a digital newsletter that captures stories of the School and achievements
● Act as a key custodian of the School's communication hub, ensuring that content is updated and refreshed in a timely fashion.
● Update and create school printed (and online) communication material e.g., Curriculum Guides, Handbooks
● Be a member of the Yearbook team in ensuring the publishing meets deadline and content is accurate.
● Be a versatile copywriter who edits, proof-reads and publishes material
● Promote an effective and efficient flow of information between departments to ensure up-to-date stories are shared via various Communication channels
● Internal events - support the community & global engagement team with promotion and communications of school events.
● Work with teachers to capture everyday school activities
● Be a member of the Graduation committee with communication regarding this event and the after-graduation party organized by parents
● Analyze data collected from the ISHCMC Voice of Parent surveys to strategizing on improvements from a communications and content standpoint.
● Work with the supervisors to develop a consistent strategic plan for ISHCMC content and communications
● Hire, manage, train and mentor the communication & content team to keep abreast with the latest techniques, job skills, and soft skills, to enhance team performance.
● Set monthly/annual goals for the Communications & Content Team.
● Develop and manage the internal communications budget to ensure appropriate and effective spending on internal events and collaterals.
The success of this role may be measured by the increased volume of engagements on social platforms, the improvement of the Voice of Parent survey results on an annual basis, and the level of internal customer service provided to our ISHCMC Stakeholders, to ultimately provide a strong experience to parents, students, and staff.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree preferred Master's degree
● 3 years + experience in Marketing and Communications
