1. Be the Face of Everfit Vietnam on TikTok & Instagram
Appear on camera regularly (talking, reacting, hosting, POV-style)
Create short-form video content for: TikTok (primary channel) & Instagram Reels & Stories
Represent Everfit's tone: young, fun, ambitious, confident, and authentic.
2. Create Fun, Relatable Social Content
You will create content around:
Office vibes & daily life (desk setups, "come to the office with me", vibe checks)
Team & events (welcome days, celebrations, bonding, demo days)
POV & day-in-the-life videos
Danang lifestyle & relocation stories
English-speaking workplace moments (light, relatable, human)
Light recruitment content ("we're hiring", "what you'll own", "join us")
You are encouraged to:
Use trends, memes, and sounds naturally
Keep content authentic and human, not over-produced
3. Own the "Office + Events" Content Pillar
Turn our office into a recurring content engine
Capture real moments during: onboarding days, team events and celebrations, cultural rituals and daily interactions...
Help audiences imagine themselves working at Everfit
4. Plan, Shoot & Edit Content Independently
Own the full content flow: including ideation and planning; filming (mostly phone-shot); editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar tools)
Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm: 2-4 TikTok videos & 2-3 Instagram Reels per week
Collaborate closely with Marketing and HR on themes, campaigns, and hiring priorities
5. Language & Communication
Create content primarily in Vietnamese
Confident speaking English on camera when needed
Use English naturally in captions, subtitles, and workplace moments
Able to adjust tone: Professional & confident (global product company), Friendly & approachable (culture, office, events)
Ensure content reflects Everfit's brand: credible, modern, and globally minded
6. KPIs & Page Growth Ownership: This role goes beyond content creation - you will be responsible for growing Everfit Vietnam's TikTok & Instagram presence.
You will be measured on:
Follower growth (TikTok & Instagram)
Engagement rate (likes, comments, saves, shares)
Video performance (views, watch time, completion rate)
Profile actions (profile visits, link clicks, DMs)
Content consistency and recurring series continuity

Very confident in front of the camera
Comfortable speaking, reacting, and storytelling on video
Experience creating content for TikTok and/or Instagram
Strong understanding of short-form video trends and formats
Able to shoot and edit content independently (phone-first)
Energetic, expressive, and not camera-shy
Enjoy being visible and representing a brand publicly
You communicate with clarity and confidence in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and written)
Nice to have:
Experience with employer branding, lifestyle, or culture content
Interest in tech, startups, or global product companies
Basic understanding of content performance metrics (views, watch time, engagement)
