Content Management Manager

Reporting to Content Management Assistant Director, the Content Management Manager Director is a responsible for development of content to promote Hoiana resort on multiple social media channels such as WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, and more. This role will be key in overall resort social media strategy to turn strangers into customers, then into fans and advocates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage and update our resort's social media calendar working in collaboration with other Business Units
• Maintain all social network accounts and communications strategies on platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, etc.
• Manage the creative development deliveries, and day-to-day integration of social media accounts
• Manage the production of relevant content to drive greater relevance, engagement, and grow external communities
• Manage the published content (images, video, copy) quality and timeliness
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales
• Manage influencer outreach program (KOLs, KOCs) to identify, leverage, and track brand evangelists. Also work in conjunction with Media Relations for celebrities partnership
• Analyze campaigns results and develop reports on campaign effectiveness
• Research trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
• Stay ahead of all the emerging social, mobile and online trends to keep Hoiana brand in the number one position in resort social media marketing
