We are seeking a passionate and results-driven marketing professional to lead our digital and social strategies while supporting product marketing initiatives.
We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and drive our brand presence across social platforms. You'll be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing both organic and paid social media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging SEO content via blog/microsite
- Plan, create, and schedule massive content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
- Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visuals
- Launch and optimize paid social campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and lead generation (Paid Content Focused)
- Monitor platform trends, industry news, and competitor activity
- Track key metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions), analyze performance, and generate reports
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and customer teams to ensure unified messaging
- Work with influencers or brand ambassadors when appropriate
Requirements - 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms in a marketing role
- Proven track record with both organic and paid social campaigns
- Proficiency in tracking, reading and analyzing key metrics for optimization
- Strong branding writing and content creation skills (visual, written, and video content)
- Consistency on performing key visuals for ads, social posts and other media by following brand guidelines
- Creative thinker with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Experience with design tools (Canva, PTS, AI) is a MUST or basic video editing is a BIG PLUS
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in B2B and B2C social strategies
- Experience managing influencer campaigns or collaborations
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing tools
