1. The Role of This Position (Why We Hire)
We are looking for a Content Marketing Strategist to drive our content strategy, enhance brand awareness, and generate high-quality leads. This role will shape our content direction by planning and executing thought leadership content and high-intent bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) content. The ideal candidate will combine SEO expertise, conversion optimization skills, and content marketing experience to create impactful content across multiple channels, including blogs, podcasts, and videos.

· Multi-Channel Content Distribution: Experience in leveraging blogs, landing pages, videos, podcasts, and social media for content dissemination.
· Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ability to track content performance and optimize based on insights.
· Collaboration & Communication: Strong coordination skills to work with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) and external partners.
3. Key Responsibilities
· Content Strategy & Planning
o Define and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy.
o Research and maintain an SEO-driven keyword list to guide content production.
o Develop a content calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.
· Content Execution & Optimization
o Create and optimize high-intent BOFU content (landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, etc.) to improve lead conversion rates.
o Develop and distribute thought leadership content through blog posts, industry reports, videos, and podcasts.
o Work with
designers and video teams to produce engaging multimedia content.
· SEO & Performance Analysis
o Analyze content performance metrics (organic traffic, conversion rates, engagement) and optimize accordingly.
o Conduct A/B tests to improve the effectiveness of BOFU pages and content assets.
· Collaboration & Promotion
o Partner with the sales and marketing teams to align content with lead generation and nurturing efforts.
o Manage relationships with industry influencers, guest writers, and media partners to expand content reach.
o Repurpose content for different platforms and formats to maximize engagement.
· 3+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or
digital marketing.
· Proven track record of planning and executing high-impact content strategies.
· Strong understanding of SEO, content optimization, and conversion-driven content.
· Experience managing multi-channel content (blogs, podcasts, videos, reports, etc.).
· Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
· Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.).
· Experience working in B2B, SaaS, or tech-related industries is a plus.
