Coordinator - EHS

- General clerk and or administration duties including but not limited to Preparing reports, certificates or non-negotiable reports and pass to SBU Manager for checking & approval.
- Send approved, final reports, certificates and invoices to clients / affiliates or other parties as approved by SBU Manager.
- Continuous updating and filing of documents in Inspection Files including File Management Checklist and W/O book.
- Prepare PO for payments/accrue including third parties, intercompany and affiliate
- Liaison with Corporate Function to request necessary support for SBU including: Human Resource, Procurement, Legal & Compliance, Finance, IT & CLA
- Create, input & book on BOSS System. Ensuring the information from clients is sufficient and correct
- Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver services that can't be performed in-house.
- Managing deadlines and progress across EHS team, other BU, affiliates and third parties/ vendors to ensure the laboratory service is delivered on time and on budget
- Monitor, record expenses and provide regular & timely update/report to SBU Manager
- Provide administration-related-matter training/update to other team members on behalf of SBU Manager (when applicable).
- Support the I&E-EHS services with other duties as directed by the SBU Manager
