Việc làm Communication Manager

Mô tả công việc

Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with Senior Management Team
Ensure organizational initiatives, projects, KPIs are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
Plan, edit, write and review content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as employee intranet, monthly magazine, regular email bulletin, department external presentations
Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team of art directors and designers
Use social media to communicate and engage associates and attract talents
Deliver presentations at organizational level (both design and content)
Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form
Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly
Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation
Manage all main organization events of the company such as Team Building, Year-end celebration, customer engagements etc.
Managing virtual events (technically and content wise)
Align with initiatives from Headquarters and Regional office
Prepare detailed media activity reports
Managing Communication Studio (room fully equipped with Audio, video, streaming devices)

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor degree in journalism, public relations, economics, marketing, business administration or other relevant field.
At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role.
Proficient English communication skills (minimum relevant to IELTS 7.5)
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential (Video Editing, Adobe Illustrator, Live Steaming etc.)
Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools and techniques in social media.
Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
A wide degree of creativity and latitude
Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
Creativity in developing relevant marketing content
Highly developed project and time management skills
