Mô tả công việc

1. Operational & Project risk management:

Develop and update policies, regulations, operational risk management processes, compliance mechanisms and monitor compliance with the established policies, regulations, and processes throughout the organizations.
Working with the CFO and Head of Commercial and Risk Management, set-up and embed all of the above into the organization and ensure consistency of application across all businesses and functions.
Raise the profile of risk management across the organization and co-ordinate all activities relating to the effective functioning of the risk committee, ensuring that the Board of Directors and Management of MHT are aware of all major risks throughout the organization and that all risks are being managed to an acceptable level.
Execute operational risk management strategy in line with the organizations' strategic direction.
Identify, assess, measure and control operational risks in a timely manner.
Monitor and report operational risks in accordance with regulations.
Look into options of systemizing the risk management processes into the business.

2. Compliance risk management:

Ensure self and others across business units follow compliance and risk management requirements by self-monitoring, communicating, training, developing procedures and policies to reflect changing regulations.
Evaluate regulatory changes and impact to organizations' products and services.
Identify compliance and risk vulnerabilities and give recommendation for addressing areas of non-compliance and risks.

3. Business continuity risk management:

Assist in defining the organizations' business continuity strategy and direction.
Develop policies, procedures, implement and monitor business continuity and crisis management plans so that the organizations are ready to respond to crises and disruptive events.
Adjust the business continuity plan to respond appropriately to threats from the business environment.

Yêu cầu

Graduate/Post-graduate in accounting/finance/banking/economics with 5 years plus experience in the risk department of one of the Big 4 audit firms / or a multi-national company..
Risk Management certification would be preferred but not essential.
Ability to drive risk consciousness into every day decision making of the business.
Sound judgment, particularly in corporate risk related matters, with strong analytical skills-
Well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, Power-point, Word)
Must have excellent communication and presentation skills (English). Vietnamese, German or Chinese language are also preferred.

- Tài sản chính của Công ty, Mỏ đa kim Núi Pháo nằm trên địa bàn tỉnh Thái Nguyên, miền Bắc Việt Nam, là mỏ vonfram đầu tiên được triển khai đưa vào sản xuất thành công trên 15 năm qua. Mỏ Núi Pháo đã được các nhà phân tích hàng đầu trong ngành công nghiệp khai khoáng bao gồm Roskill và Argus Media Ltd đánh giá là một trong những mỏ vonfram lớn nhất thế giới, đã được chứng minh tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn JORC với trữ lượng quặng tiềm năng là 66 triệu tấn (theo Giấy phép Khai thác khoáng sản là 83.22 triệu tấn quặng vonfram - đa kim cấp B và cấp C1 bao gồm: (i) khai thác lộ thiên: 55.192.000 tấn (ii) khai thác hầm lò 28.028.000 tấn).
