Description
As Country Head of HR function, successful applicant will be responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resource and Admin functions for the local business. The role has a strong focus on strategic HR while the operational is covered by local HR teams in each of the regions of presence.
The key areas of responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Driving key process in Performance Management, Training Building, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition
- Integration of talent management processes - Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Retention;
- Driving D&I practices across the business;
- Improvement of policies, regulations and benefits for employees in line with the changes in legislation;
- Development of HR team in line with a succession planning;
Profile
- 10+ year experience leading HR departments in a food manufacturing/FMCG businesses;
- Proven track record of running key HR processes;
- Excellent Vietnamese and English are essential;
- Strong leadership skills and hands-on approach;
