Mô tả công việc

GOODFOOD is looking for Creative Lead. The detail scope of work is as below:

Take responsible for all marketing communication creative work including brand concept, art direction, execution and production of all projects for assigned brands in multi-channels (ATL, BTL, Digital).
Understand business objectives, brand communication strategy, product portfolio and translate to creative work to deliver marketing and communication objectives.
Define creative approach to assigned communication projects and confidently present creative ideas and sell to peers and board of management team.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver creative communication work.
Manage 1-2 designers, work as an in-house creative team who is in charge of all creative communication; be able to manage the team workload and negotiate for deliver deadline with respected requesters; be able to equip team members with creative knowledge & skillset, aiming at a comprehensive-skilled creative team.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor or equivalent degree major in Art, Multi-media or Graphic design.
At least 1 year working as Art Director at advertising/digital agency; total minimum 4 years working in creative & advertising field.
Strong digital creative knowledge, be an expert in developing creative materials in digital platforms (including but not limited to: website, social media, E-commerce).
Strong background in Graphic Designer.
Have experience in creative production (photo & video shooting).
Be able to deliver video editing, motion video creation at basic level.
English-speaking would be a plus.
Food & beverage product category experience would be a huge advantage.
Proficient with application or software to get the job done (including, but not limited to, Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop...).
Collaborative and willing to learn mindset.
