Mô tả công việc
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services, including the main tasks and responsibilities as follows.
Issue membership cards and vouchers
Manage customers' accounts and maintain customer databases
Issue VAT invoice as request promptly, accurately and timely
Conduct VAT refund procedure
Provide Gift wrapping service to customers
Update Lost and Found book, return lost things to owner
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Record details of actions taken
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Check and maintain audio system in good condition and ready to use
Make announcement, play music, and promotion clips timely
Checks, clean, maintain clean customer service area and daily house keeping duties
Any other duties as and when assigned by the company

Yêu cầu
Bachelor Degree with related major
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
At least 01-year experience in Customer Service
Experience in working for MNC is favorable
Fluent in English for all skills: speaking, writing, listening & reading
Proficient in MS Office application
Interpersonal skills
Communication skills - verbal and written
Listening skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service orientation
Stress tolerance
Being able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays when required;
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
At least 01-year experience in Customer Service
