Mô tả công việc
Onboarding and Implementation: (25%)
Assist in the onboarding of new B2B clients with guidance from senior team members.
Ensure accurate setup of client accounts and provide initial support during implementation.
Customer Engagement: (25%)
Respond to client inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members.
Monitor client usage and report insights for further analysis by senior team members.
Documentation and Reporting: (20%)
Maintain client records and documentation with oversight from senior team members.
Support the generation of regular reports on customer usage and satisfaction.
Administrative Support: (20%)
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other client-related documents.
Coordinate meetings, demos, and training sessions under the guidance of senior team members.
Operational Efficiency: (10%)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements.
Participate in the development of internal processes related to customer operations.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with EdTech products and the education industry is a plus.
Good English proficiency level
