Mô tả công việc
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Customer service agent to join our team in Hanoi. We have expanded our Canadian business operations into Vietnam and we need someone to join our team to help provide A class support to our customers.
The Role:
Each day you will be answering customer inquiries, providing information and resolving issues via our live chat, email and social media platforms. During communication with customers, you will be required to educate your customer about all applicable offers, promotions and product information. Customer interactions should be met with enthusiasm, professionalism, positive and hospitable energy. When speaking online with your customers, you will be required to navigate between multiple windows to research information and provide the most accurate and up-to-date information. Strong computer and interpersonal skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Chat online with customers via Live Chat and email
- Provide professional and knowledgeable service while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Establish strong customer relations with internal and external customers
- Promote client products and services using effective sales techniques
- Seek out opportunities for additional sales with new and existing customers
- Complete data input with a high level of speed and accuracy
- Ensure department and individual goals are consistently met
- Represent Advesa in a positive and professional manner
- Other duties assigned by company leadership

Yêu cầu
- Vietnamese candidates
- Strong English language skills - Ielts 6.5 equivalent (Written and spoken - includes strong grammar)
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and sales within a fast paced environment
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Have a customer-oriented attitude
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle situations with empathy, integrity and sincerity
- Ability to work independently and use your initiative to go above and beyond
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
- Able to work flexible shifts
- Strong English language skills - Ielts 6.5 equivalent (Written and spoken - includes strong grammar)
