Online Order Fulfillment:
Orders processing and scheduling of deliveries for various e-commerce channels (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow up on any product returns received from the e-commerce channels.
Handle all customers' enquiries received via the e-commerce channel's online chat and product Q&A, including providing service recovery as and when necessary.
Attend to customers' order-related issues (e.g., missing/ damaged parcels, etc.) on time with lead times.
Working closely with warehouse teams to ensure the fulfillment of orders on time and printing necessary documents.
Set up and manage websites and e-commerce:
Manage and assist in the product content, images, inventory, promotion, and pricing update/ upload on the eCommerce Channels. Ensure all information is always updated and inventory is well-stocked.
Overall, manage/edit product descriptions and pictures for online platforms.
Assist with updates to our e-commerce website.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
