  • Build & maintain a strong commercial relationship with customers & business partners
  • Handle sales enquires and prepare sales quotation
  • Lead sales order processing
  • Provide daily good customer supports to customers
  • Responsible for order processing: quotations, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery or order and resolution of return requests and quality issues
  • Participates in technical and commercial meetings when required
Operation (40%)
  • Co-ordinate with sales; warehouse & delivery team to support customers' requirements.
  • Provide inside sales support to outdoor sales team
  • Liaison with supplier vendors (local & overseas) for goods importation & clearance.
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers for queries about lead-time, demands and shipments
  • Participate in building and formalizing company operation procedures

Yêu cầu công việc
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service/ marketing/ supply chain operation...
  • Bachelor degree in business/commercial, or similar level obtained by experience.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point)
  • Fluent in English
  • Soft skills: Customer service skills, Interpersonal & Negotiation skills, Strong problem solving skills
  • Knowledge about Incoterms; Import- Export process is a Plus.
  • Character: positive thinking, detail-oriented, fast learner; Independent & Team-player.
