- Build & maintain a strong commercial relationship with customers & business partners
- Handle sales enquires and prepare sales quotation
- Lead sales order processing
- Provide daily good customer supports to customers
- Responsible for order processing: quotations, receipt of order, order entry, shipment and delivery or order and resolution of return requests and quality issues
- Participates in technical and commercial meetings when required
- Co-ordinate with sales; warehouse & delivery team to support customers' requirements.
- Provide inside sales support to outdoor sales team
- Liaison with supplier vendors (local & overseas) for goods importation & clearance.
- Co-ordinate with suppliers for queries about lead-time, demands and shipments
- Participate in building and formalizing company operation procedures
- Salary & bonus: Negotiable (based on experience and qualification)
- Insurance coverage: as per Vietnam labor laws
- 12 days annual leave
- Product and Customer service training (in Vietnam/ overseas) as per company policy.

- Bachelor degree in business/commercial, or similar level obtained by experience.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point)
- Fluent in English
- Soft skills: Customer service skills, Interpersonal & Negotiation skills, Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge about Incoterms; Import- Export process is a Plus.
- Character: positive thinking, detail-oriented, fast learner; Independent & Team-player.
