Customer Service Executive:
Handling customer complaints related to Careplus products and services
Caring, supporting customers & contributing to improving service quality at the Clinic
Mastering the operation process, understanding Careplus products and services
Understand the marketing programs, examination packages, and affiliate programs with banks, and insurance companies...
Learn, consult, capture & book appointments for Customers including Corporate & Retail customers
Coordinate with FO in taking care, answering questions, supporting and improving customer satisfaction.
Perform some other tasks as assigned by CS Leader

Yêu cầu
College Degree or above.
Experience in the Medical or HealthCare Industry is ideal.
Minimum 2-year experience in Customer Service and Call Center.
Excellent Customer Service.
Good communication and problem-solving skills, Customer satisfaction oriented.
Good communication in English (Must)
