Mô tả công việc
As a Customer Service you will be responsible to ensure the highest quality of customer service possible through providing excellent solutions for customer's inquiries and issues, assigning work to the team and making priorities to ensure efficiency and productivity in maintained while serving our customers in a professional manner.
Manage the day to day operation within your assigned team including process escalating, quality checking and customer needs
Serving customers online (live chat, Facebook, hotline) along with your team members to make sure highest standards are maintained
Process Daily orders inside Vietnam
Improve the customers' experiences by understanding and focusing on customer needs, average response time
Ensure customer expectations are achieved/exceeded through excellent customer service
Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution
Maintain a professional workspace ensuring quality products been delivered to customers.
Support effective communication across the departments and creating a positive work environment.
Follow any other tasks assigned by office manager/CEO.

Yêu cầu
Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience
Must be English speaking working with foreigner
Proactive attitude, hardworking, methodical and very structured, able to work both independently and within a team
Good verbal and written communication skills
Skills in listening, problem solving, conflict handling as well as analysis, planning, management of competing priorities to meet multiple deliverables and deadlines, creativity in seeking new and better solutions, and forward thinking
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast moving environment
High collaboration with all departments, open-minded & flexible align the process with counterparts from other functions
Must be English speaking working with foreigner
