Mô tả công việc

BROAD SCOPE:
In charge of handling customs clearance for export shipments for Customer: Samsung Electronics - SEHC
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Check, monitor the declaration process, advise on all procedures related to customs, specialized inspection, import and export, tax.
• Consulting skill for customs clearance, FTA, C/O and liquidation
• Handle the work of the customs declaration document department.
• Check, improve, train and update the working process of customs declaration staff in accordance with current customs regulations
• Guidance and work directly with customers on issues related to customs declaration: procedures for tax refund, tax exemption, quota license, quality inspection, import procedures, standards until goods are exported by processing, manufacturing, exporting
• Work directly with Customs when necessary
• Do other tasks within the department's functions as assigned by the Board of Directors

Yêu cầu

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
• College or university graduated, preferred in customs clearance;
• Have a customs declaration agent certificate issued by the General Department of Customs;
• Background knowledge in import-export, shipping, logistics or freight-forwarding industry.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 10 years of similar job position, preferred customs clearance position in a production, trader, logistics or freight forwarding company.
• Experience of liquidation.
SKILLS:
• Proficiency in English / Vietnamese communication & interpretation;
• Proficiency in computer skill and MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint);
• Proficient in customs declaration for all types of business, Type of export production, Type of processing;
• Understand quarantine procedures, chemicals, license application;
• Have in-depth knowledge of C/O operations;
• Understand customs and import-export procedures, master new and current circulars and decrees;
• Have responded to customs inspection procedures;
• Ability to analysis and solve problems logically;
• Have good relationships with investment customs, CNC...;
• Have experience in team management.
