JOB DESCRIPTION
Warehouse Operations: Plan and oversee all inbound, outbound, and storage activities for both Raw Materials and Finished Goods warehouses.
Process Optimization: Design and maintain a scientific warehouse layout. Standardize and continuously improve warehouse operating procedures based on best practices
Inventory Management: Take full responsibility for inventory accuracy between the ERP system and physical stock. Plan and conduct regular/ad-hoc stock counts, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
Team Management: Recruit, train, assign tasks, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff. Build a professional and disciplined team.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities and personnel strictly adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment and Fire Prevention regulations.
Reporting & Coordination: Prepare warehouse management reports as required. Coordinate closely with Production, Purchasing, and Planning departments to ensure a smooth supply chain.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Must have 3-5 years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience managing both Raw Materials and Finished Goods warehouses is mandatory.
Skills and Expertise:
Proficient in using warehouse management software and ERP systems.
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Logical thinking with excellent data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Solid understanding of modern inventory management methods.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Team Management & Development:
Assign tasks, train, and develop the Merchandising & Purchasing & Front Sales & Logistics, Co.
Ensure the team's work progress and quality meet company objectives.
Order & Project Management:
Communicate directly with customers regarding product requirements, production schedules, and shipments.
Monitor the full order process from sample development, material sourcing, production, to shipment.
Check if the product ideas are possible to make, including cost, time, and ease of production.
Handle issues related to quality, lead time, and customer service.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Oversee logistics team to ensure on-time shipments, correct documentation, and compliance with Incoterms & customer requirements.
Work with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and factories to optimize logistics cost and efficiency.
Ensure smooth import/export processes and handle exceptions (e.g., delays, customs issues).
Cross-Department Coordination:
Work closely with Production, QA, Technical to ensure orders run smoothly.
Participate in process improvement, cost optimization, and product quality enhancement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years of experience in Merchandising, with at least 3 years in a Leader/Supervisor/Manager role.
Good English communication skills
Strong understanding of the order process and production flow (from development to shipment).
Strong knowledge of product development, sourcing, purchasing, production, and logistics.
Leadership skills: coaching, motivating, and performance management.
Excellent leadership, task management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
