Job Description

Upcoming scope of work

Analyse customer usage to provide insights to leadership team (data trends, patterns, and relationships)
Able to clean and structure data from multiple sources
Ensure data quality by coordinating with Product & Engineering
Support Customer Success team in analyzing customer trends
Able to present data and insights across functions
Able to build dashboards and reports

Qualifications

Fresh graduated or 3rd/4th-year students who can work at least four days per week
Youngsters who poss Intermediate to fluent level in English.
Preferably has already worked in multicultural teams
An early adopter of new products/technologies

Field requirements:

Excellent command of Excel / GSheet - especially formulas and pivot tables
Experience with MixPanel or other product analytics tools is a plus
Ability to code (back-end) is a plus
