Data Processor (Staff)

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To conduct data processing works and basic analysis on client's contracts, invoices, financial forms, emails, ETC at a very high accuracy and within the agreed timeframe• Regularly check emails and other tools to retrieve new documents from the client• Save the documents in appropriate working folders and update record keeping logs• Check / verify the documents accuracy and provide feedback to Manager on wrong data received• Process the documents into structural data following the guideline with provided tools• Compare client's documents with supporting data to ensure everything is correct• Identify any errors related to financial leakage, and create detailed reports to show the error calculations alongside supporting documents• Work alongside team members to improve efficiency• Automate manual & repetitive processes
