Mô tả công việc
• Regularly check emails and other tools to retrieve new documents from the client
• Save the documents in appropriate working folders and update record keeping logs
• Check / verify the documents accuracy and provide feedback to Manager on wrong data received
• Process the documents into structural data following the guideline with provided tools
• Compare client's documents with supporting data to ensure everything is correct
• Identify any errors related to financial leakage, and create detailed reports to show the error calculations alongside supporting documents
• Work alongside team members to improve efficiency
• Automate manual & repetitive processes
Yêu cầu
• Undergraduate or similar (Economics / Accounting/ Auditing / Business)
• Intermediate English, computer literacy
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability and willingness to learn and develop technical areas of skill.
• Team Player
• English CV is required
SKILLS:
• Good at MS Office, especially Excel (know Pivot table)
• Detail-oriented, careful manner
• Logical Thinking
• Love to work with figures/data
• A good team player to effectively work in a dedicated team
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
