Mô tả công việc

• Manage a financial accounting team for execution of key financial procedures (e.g. bookkeeping, assets management, prudential indicator reports, ...), preparation of internal financial statements;
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely internal financial statements;
• Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports for submission to stakeholders;
• Coordinate the preparation and reconciliation of audited financial statements;
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete submission of all tax returns, including deferred taxation and provisional tax computations;
• Coordinate with corporate functions on tax and audit-related activities to ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational policies;
• Preparation of budget and strategic planning, monitoring of business performance (key financial and performance indicators);
• Prepare monthly reports for Board meetings, prepare annual budget and profit forecasts;
• Ensure compliance with the Group and local policies & procedures.

Yêu cầu

• University degree or higher in finance, auditing, accounting, business administration, or related fields;
• Qualified Accountant with 7+ years of experience working in finance, accounting and at least 3-5 years working experience in a similar position with a proven track record;
• Having chief accountant certificate, or ACCA, CPA certificates are advantages;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels;
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
• Strong literacy, for writing reports and presentations;
• Foreign language: Good command of spoken and written English;
• Candidate with experience at Securities, Banking, Fund Management Company is preferred.
