Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing in a dynamic hospitality environment:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to maximize hotel revenue and market share.
Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team to achieve business goals.
Identify new market opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Oversee all marketing activities including advertising, promotions, PR, and digital marketing initiatives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with hotel management to align sales and marketing plans with overall hotel objectives.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing, including 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
