Responsibilities
Be a great manager and leader, scaling, mentoring and growing the team.
Be responsible for Google Photos overall innovation, brand perception, and usability.
Set strategy and vision for Photos overall engagement and retention leading the team to deliver on a multi-year product roadmap, balancing short- and long-term goals and investments.
Manage a team of product managers who set the direction of our Google Photos product. Work closely with Google One, Google DeepMind, Android, and other product area teams to build out an integrated strategy and roadmap.

Minimum qualifications:
15 years of product management experience in photos, across organizations.
Experience with consumer product development.
Experience partnering with and influencing product partners, design, engineering, and marketing teams across the company to set and deliver on product vision.
Experience managing teams to deliver on goals.
Preferred qualifications:
20 years of professional experience.
Experience in either the photography, media or social space, or with consumer-facing LLM technologies.
Demonstrated product craft and strategy skills.

We are dedicated to making Google experiences centered around the user.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $253,000-$363,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
