Mô tả công việc
Responsible for customers/accounts performance on theE-commerceplatform by managing the entire operations from maintenance and optimising account performance to responding of inquires and negotiating with internationalbuyers.
Need to understand the business and products of given accounts/customers to complete operations for customer on theE-commerceplatform.
Monitor the condition the inbound inquires of customer's accounts and reply timely to ensure response time is optimal.
Individuals working as anE-commerceOperations Executive need to communicate with the higher management team to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
Keeps a check on the performance of the operations of both internal KPIs and external KPIs to customers.
Report to various stakeholders of the organization, Service & Operation Manager, Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu
Year of experience: 1 year in ExportConsultantExecutive.
Education level: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Exportor some related fields.
Sales and account management experience, Strong communication and negotiation skills, Experience in generating leads and closing sales
Good knowledge about Incoterms, International Payment, B2B, Logistics, E-commerce.
Good at English in 4 skills. (IELTS 6.0+)
Education level: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Exportor some related fields.
