• Assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in online content management
• Seeking online marketing opportunities and managing the company ́s website and web traffic, controlling OTA, Website booking, hotel reservation
• In charge of daily/weekly/monthly reports of Online and Transient volumne
Develops direct and semi-direct online channels to check and to improve the Internet presents of the hotel.
• Creative with a strategic mind and needs good Computer knowledge and internet skills.
• Providing support to hotels in building the webpage for hotels and/or maintaining hotel information on website
• Verify that the website has accurate information on hotels and pictures of newly registered accounts
• Update data, inventory to accounts' website, availability, specials, promotions or providing accounts with information and advice by mail and email, including follow-ups
• Liaise with hotels to ensure information is up to date
• Check statistics in the control room and follow up
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
