Mô tả công việc
Manage daily operations on the TikTok platform, including order processing, fulfillment, returns, and product uploads.
Handle customer enquiries via online chat and product Q&A; resolve order-related issues such as missing or damaged parcels.
Coordinate closely with packing staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate documentation.
Prepare and maintain reports, including sales, inventory, transactions, and canceled/returned orders.
Manage and update the Zalo Official Account (OA) and company Facebook page, including responding to messages, posting basic updates, and supporting customer engagement activities.
Support translation tasks (English - Vietnamese) and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in E - commerce Operation or Customer Service.
Strong hands-on experience with E - commerce marketplace platforms.
Detail - oriented with good follow - up skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
