Ecomerce Executive ( Nhân Viên Vận Hành Sàn TMĐT)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to set up and manage online shops on platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop.... The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing revenue through effective management and optimization of our e-commerce channels. This role also involves collaborating with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for affiliate program.
1. Shop Setup and Maintenance:
Establish and configure online stores on Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
Ensure all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized with high-quality images, descriptions, and prices.
Regularly update inventory and manage stock levels to prevent overselling.
2. Sales and Marketing Management:
Create and manage promotional campaigns, discount offers, and other marketing activities.
Collaborate with KOCs and KOLs for affiliate marketing and promotional campaigns.
3. Budget Management:
Work within allocated budgets to achieve sales targets.
Track and report on expenditure, ensuring all marketing activities provide a positive return on investment (ROI).
4. Customer Engagement and Support:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive reviews on all platforms.
