The Modality Sales Manager- Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics (EDI) is key to supporting all dimensions of the sales and HCIS business team's activities in progressing the sale of HCIS success from lead to close to implementation and support to product management within the assigned region. The successful applicant will be expected to lead the internal team by way of market development, product support, face-to-face customer meetings, demonstrations and opportunity support (including tenders) to meet the goals and objectives of the EDI business. Creates an account plan for each strategic account for 5 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group. Creates and implements action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips. Drives the performance of the functions in the account team to get it done. Systematically analyzes and reports sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.
You are responsible for
- Develop EDI Strategy for the Vietnam market
- Manage direct accounts
- Achieving budgeted sales volumes, price realization and profit margin with the specified enterprise diagnostic informatics products in Vietnam.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence;
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
Preparing the annual business plan in line with the overall country strategy (incl Contracting, DDP, Targets, Review, - Compliance, Organizational development plan)
- Coordinating all internal necessary resources to obtain objectives and where necessary involves local sales force and marketing support (i.e. MarCom, Application Specialists, Field specialists.
- Initiates and negotiates tailor made actions, discusses with end users about sales & marketing actions.
- Systematically analyzing and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends.
- Funnel Management for respective direct and indirect opportunities (complete, up to date ( value, expected order date, confidence level, etc), logging changes and minutes)
- Preparing configurations & quotations using the appropriate systems and getting the necessary approvals before submitting customer facing documents externally.
- Checking purchase orders received vs the quote including terms and conditions making sure purchase orders are clean.
