Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer

· Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems, and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
· Perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and replacements of parts to ensure optimal performance of the processing equipment.
· Collaborate with the production team to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to the manufacturing workflow.
· Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental compliance requirements during maintenance activities.
· Maintain control of maintenance parts inventories.
· Assist in scheduling and execute the processes relating to new equipment installations, relocating and modification of all production equipment, including electro/ mechanical design and specification.
· Review operation of existing equipment and propose modifications to improve performance.
· Prepare reports for deficiencies to distinguish root causes.
· Maintain detailed records of all maintenance work performed, documentation of equipment specifications, recommendations, maintenance schedules, and performance records.
· Assist in writing operating instructions and SOPs.
· Participate in training programs to stay up to date on new maintenance techniques, equipment technologies, and industry best practices.
