What you'll be doing:

Assist to work with partnership, affiliate partners of ELSA, e-commerce platforms
Support, follow up with partners, respond to partners queries, via channels such as: phone, email, chat, ...
Support to handle related issues on e-commerce platforms
Make daily/weekly/monthly performance report
Other requirements assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements:

Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from economic, business administration, marketing, journalism, public relations or related fields
Have relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities
Excellent communication skills, customer orientation mindset
Willing-to-learn and Willing-to-do mindset
Tech savvy and familiar with ecommerce flatforms
Be able to work fulltime
