Mô tả công việc
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
- Advise on industrial relation matters, including strategic and specific matter-related engagement with unions and/or employee representative organisations
- Provide strategic and pragmatic advice and support to business leaders on a wide range of complex employee relations and individual employment matters which require specialist employment advice and/or may result in termination of employment, including but not limited to serious misconduct, employment grievances/disputes, whistleblowing matters and significant under performance
- Lead formal investigations into employee conduct, including workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination matters
- Interpret and advise on application employment and industrial local laws, regulations, and other legal and regular industrial and workplace policies
- Respond to industrial and employment related legal claims
- Support the development of people leader capability including conducting training and preparing knowledge articles and guidance on key employment and industrial relations issues
- Provide support on internal projects requiring specialist employee relations and/or industrial input, including those involving major organisational change and/or union engagement
- Provide leadership and support of People & Culture programs, projects and activities, including identifying reporting on trends and issues of significance
- Role model NAB values and coach others to do the same
- Drive quality and productivity improvements in relation to employee relations issues

Yêu cầu công việc
- 6+ years of experience working in a large corporation with a diverse workforce
- Degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline
- Proven ER experience within a large corporate environment, preferably in the finance sector or professional services
- Proven experience in providing commercial and pragmatic solutions to complex problems
- Apply relevant specialist knowledge and experience to understand, influence and advise internal and/or external clients
- Use discretion/delegation and authority to carry out the roles within clearly defined policies, principles and specific objectives and may include people leadership roles with leadership accountability for a team, or teams, of employees.
- Degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline
- Proven ER experience within a large corporate environment, preferably in the finance sector or professional services
- Proven experience in providing commercial and pragmatic solutions to complex problems
