ENGLISH TEACHER (PART-TIME)

What is the job?
As English Teacher, you will be responsible for ensuring that employee learn English language program, you will also be responsible to give efficient services to both InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort and Regent Phu Quoc. You are to ensure all programs are align between both properties offered to guests and colleagues will be implemented in proper and timely manner and be active part in promoting a positive working environment.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
• Set up, conduct an English language teaching program for general and department.
• Specific English with the support of the Learning and Development Manager and Supervisor/ Manager of departments.
• Set up a grading and assessment process to place employees in groups by ability.
• Ensure English program meet customer service standard of IHG.
• Create and update training data records in the system.
• Organize and execute employee activities.
• Follow the progress, report the results, problems that exist in the professional work and propose remedial solutions to achieve the learning and teaching goals.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other colleagues and departments.
• Support administration and organizing activities regarding learning program.
• Assist in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within the hotel that allows for open two way communication and ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels, achieving colleagues' satisfaction.
• Comply with grooming and hotel's rules and regulations.
• Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests.
• Look smart - wear your uniform with pride.
• Other tasks assigned by management.
