Machine Maintenance & Optimization:
Oversee industrial machines' maintenance, repair, and servicing to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
Monitor and improve the efficiency of sewing machines, reducing defects and increasing productivity.
Team Leadership & Training:
Lead and manage a team of mechanics and technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring effective execution.
Provide technical training and skill development programs for the maintenance team.
Foster a proactive and solution-oriented culture within the team.
Spare Parts & Equipment Management:
Maintain an inventory of spare parts and consumables for sewing machines.
Ensure timely procurement of necessary tools and replacement parts to avoid production delays.
Work with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality components at cost-effective rates.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance:
Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and longevity of sewing equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve recurring mechanical issues.
Requirement
Male; Under 45 years old.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in machine maintenance within the garment or textile industry.
Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines.
Expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process optimization.
Leadership & Management: Proven ability to manage technical teams and implement structured maintenance programs.
Language: Good at English.
