Your key responsibilities
1. Recruitment
Facilitate and execute on-campus as well as recruitment branding activities
Support in maintaining and strengthening relationships with target universities
Arrange and support logistics for recruitment activities
Coordinate the selection process for recruitment in general
Facilitate and support onboarding activities for new joiners
2. HR Operations
Support on documentation for HR Operations activities (new joiners documents, timesheet matters, etc.)
Support on monitoring interns and providing information for monthly payroll process.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
4th year student or freshly graduated Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fields.
Strong passion for Human Resources
Self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented and organized
Willing to learn and good command of written as well as spoken English
