OBJECTIVES
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the ERP system to optimize business processes and improve the ability to share information between all components of the organization
- Support and train other department in using the ERP system to ensure that staff can accurate and timely access reliable information
Daily Tasks
Contribute in developing ERP system
- Collect ideas / feedbacks / requirements about platforms from users to the Project Division
- Clarify all the needs and explain them to developers (Project Division)
- Test new functions as assigned by the Project Division
- Require staff of some departments to test ERP
Implement ERP in all destinations
- Cooperate with main contact of all departments (Sales Managers, Operation Managers, Country Managers) and ERP Support Executive of all destinations to implement ERP
- Advise Database Division to update data into the system
- Train users in Vietnam and cooperate with ERP Support Executive in other destinations to train new ERP functions to users
Support users in using ERP
- Receive and handle feedback of Sales, Reservation and Operation Departments in Vietnam about TMS / ERP problems and errors (such as: synchronization problem, rooming list, unexpected request cancellation booking, etc.)
- Help ERP Support Executive in other destinations to check and fix errors if required
- Ask for the Project Division's support to check and fix errors if the ERP Support Officer cannot resolve it
- Try to figure out the reason for each error and inform other departments about the common mistakes, how to avoid and how to fix them
- Collaborate with ICT and the Project Division to ensure the reasonable speed of ERP
Train new sales staff on how to use TMS / ERP
- Create and update training documents / tools and user guide
- Arrange training schedule with Sales Team Leaders for new sales staff and complete the training plan as discussed
- Train new sales staff in using ERP (procedure: send user guide document, ask for practicing ERP, explain and answer their questions about ERP)
- Follow up and support sales staff when required
- Note down the imperfect functions that needs improvements for ERP during training and use TMS / ERP of other departments
- Collect opinions and ideas of other departments about functions on TMS / ERP
Advise managers / leaders of all related departments to create clear guidelines / procedures for working on ERP
- Collect feedback from users; raise the issue to managers/ leaders
- Give comments / opinions about procedure among the departments
Weekly Tasks:
- Conduct weekly meeting with Project Division and main contacts of all platforms
- Report to Sales Team Leader about: TMS / ERP training progress; improvement or weakness of new sales about TMS / ERP
- Report to Head of Sales about: TMS / ERP problems and solutions, pending errors and difficulties
Monthly Tasks:
- Report to Head of Sales about TMS / ERP training plan and the quality of the Sales Department using TMS / ERP
- Conduct evaluation report to Head of Sales / Operation manager about common mistakes of users on TMS / ERP
Other tasks
- Report to BOM about ERP usage

Internal communication
- Communicate with Seniors and Executives of the following departments:

2. Education
- University: Bachelor's or Master's in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign languages / Economy or other related fields
